Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. ~Philippians 4:8~

My Prayer

Lord, God! Please do give them strength to bear what they must. On this last journey to give their loved one a place to what we have believed. Father, if you will, ease their pain, and quickly wipe their tears, that joy may soon and again have a place in their hearts. Those steps, each and every one, Lord God, that no one wants to take; those steps which lead to finality, to closure, to goodbye....Lord lift them up and hold them up, and help them get through it. That in the end, they might remember, that you give, and you take away...and that is the legacy we must endure. I know Lord, you will remember your servant Victoria. I pray you will extend your promise of Salvation to all her family, and if he didn't know you, that he repented even in those last moments. Father have mercy, and I ask it in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ.

AMEN to that Yaya. Hope your day hasn't been as hot as over here. It's cooler today than it was the past couple of days. Stuff bell peppers today. Bell peppers from the garden, yellow and green. Have a great day tomorrow and thanks for your always so nice comments on my blog. Take care.

yaya, did I tell you I'm back on Twitter? I still can't figure out how to communicate with the people on there. How's everything? It's hot over here but not as bad as a few days ago. Air conditioner is going out, but it's like 20 years old so we've had it too long. Refrig. is also going out, so we ordered a new one. The old frig my mom had for about 25 years and she gave to us and we had for about 20, so 45 years that frig has lasted. They just don't make them like they used to, and that includes oldies like me.hehehehehe. Take care and if I don't see you, Have a great Fourth of July.

Hi, Gloria! Happy 4th to you too!

I agree about the old appliances. They just don't last like they used to.
